Requests For Comments
When the Internet was born, people were a tad reluctant in prescribing to others how things should be done. For on the Internet, voluntary co-operation between many operators is an absolute must. Hence the word "standards" was outlawed and these documents were called "Request for comments" or RFCs. And these RFCs today effectively govern the Internet for without them nothing would work :-)
So, for your kind consideration, here are some new "Request for Comments" for the Queensland Digital Community:
